CallTraQ-Logo-120X60 relies on data provided by your phone system in order to function.

Your Phone system must be connected to your PC and the CallTraQ program. Please follow the instructions below to accomplish this task.

To begin :
1.Locate your phone system in the chart below.  
2.Review the notes for your system.  
3.Contact your Telephone Equipment supplier to have your SMDR port configured (and installed if it is optional and not present on your system).  
4.Provide any special information contained in the notes below to your Telephone technician so he can properly configure your SMDR port.  
5.Click on the Install Info button to proceed with the hardware installation.
