| 1. | Ensure the Nortel Networks BCM is connected to your Local Area Network.

| 2. | Ensure the PC that will have the CallTraQ software installed is also on the same local area network.
|
| 3. | Configure your telephone equipment to "Place" its unmodified call record file(s) into a folder somewhere on your network.
|
| 4. | Configure the Nortel Networks BCM to provide SL-1 style records.
|
| 5. | Map the Drive / Folder from step 3 above onto the PC that will have the CallTraQ software installed. CallTraQ requires the folder from step 3 to be mapped as a Drive and Folder.

| 6. | During the Software Installation, select the folder from step 3 as the folder to scan for available data.
|
| If you wish to keep backups of these raw files from the Nortel Networks BCM, then simply add a "BackUp" folder under the folder in item 1 above.
