As you can see there is a lot of information contained in this report.

Summary Information about each extension is grouped into either
Incoming or Outgoing Calls, with taxes (user Defined) add at the bottom.

CallTraQ provides a variety of reports including:

  Summary Reports:
    Corporate Summary View a summary of your entire company, department by department. Compare one department to another and see which one handles more incoming calls, or outgoing calls. Which department rings up the most long distance, and much more.
    Department Summary View a summary of a department, extension by extension. Compare one extension to another and see which one handles more incoming calls, or outgoing calls. Which extension rings up the most long distance, and much more.
    Extension Summary View a summary of your entire company, extension by extension. All Extension will be listed in this report, and like the summary reports above, it allows you to compare activity.
    Account Summary View a summary of each account defined and used. Quickly see account activity summarized.
    Trunk Group Summary View a summary of each Trunk Group (group of phone lines). This type of report helps to determine busy periods and the possible need for more phone lines, and more staff to handle peak periods.
    Trunk Summary View a summary of each Trunk (phone line). This type of report helps to determine how busy each trunk actually is. This information allows you to make decisions about possibly reducing the number of phone lines you have, saving you lots of $$$
  Detail Reports:
    Extension Detail A report showing each and every call made and received by an extension.
    Account Detail A report showing each and every call made and received , that has been allocated to an Account by the user.
    Phone Number A flexible and powerful report allowing you to search for all or part of a telephone number. You can use this to track/trace an abusive call, see how many times a certain phone number, or area code was called or called in.
    Checkout This pertains to Hotel/Motel and other Hospitality type businesses. It is more a mode of operation than a report. When selected, CallTraQ is ready and waiting to generate a Bill (report) for a person Checking Out of their room. You can define Check in Checkout Dates and times, and generate a bill using rates you define. Bill for Long distance, Local and even Incoming calls, whatever you want.
    Longest Calls A quick way to see who is talking the longest on the phone. Usually a sign that it is either a personal call, or idle chit chat. Repeat offenders can be confronted, and then watch their productivity go up.
    Most Costly Calls As with the Longest Calls report above, this is a quick way to see who is costing you the most money. Usually a sign that it is either a personal long distance call, idle chit chat, or just maybe a call that should have been routed through a more economical way. In any case their is lots of potential to save $$ here.
    Corporate Directory Since CallTraQ has a database of extensions, with names, this report allows you to quickly print out a corporate directory in order by either Name or Extension Number. Great for when people move offices, or when a new receptionist or employee starts.
