Telcom FX Serial Port Locator Software
This program scans your PC for a Spare - Available COM Port to determine if you are ready to capture serial data from your Phone System SMDR Port. If this test fails to find a spare port on your computer, just order our USB to Serial Adapter when you order your CallTraQ System.
Telcom FX Loopback Test Software
This program will allow you to test your PC COM Port to determine if it is functioning properly. This is a great tool to assist in isolating a serial communications problem. You will also need a "Loopback Plug" in order to run the test (See our Serial Test Kit info above).
   

CallTraQ Hardware Install Utility Program This utility program will scan your PC for spare COM ports, and then look for valid data on each of these ports. This utility is invaluable during the install process to determine what port you are using ,and what baud rate it is running at.
